Terrible experience unacceptable all the way around. Booked & paid thru Orbitz but staff could not locate the reservation. After emailing the itinerary the stated that they would have to create a new booking onsite which took over an hour! The 2 bedroom suite looked Nothing like the photos from our booking, not one single photo matched the description! Property Sterling Forest or SF 5315 - poorly cleaned but worse the smell was unbearable weird. Only one room in the unit was able to access wi-fi no signal in living room or back bedroom, no jetted or garden shower tub, no dining room table and chairs or dinette set instead a vinyl padded corner block ive seen classier at a bus station.
The room was never changed or fixed, nor were the amenity band bracelets sorted out, the resort claimed it must be a glitch with the third party booking system. At the end of our stay the kids still had not been able to swim or any amenities which resulted in us packing up to find somewhere else across town.
Ive stayed at 3 wyndham properties in the smoky mountains 4-5 stars... this location is a shame to the wyndham family name
