Nice rustic cabins in the town of Creel. Beautiful place with a big fire pit to warm up outside. Nice decorations and breakfast included for guests. Food is good and transportation is included to get to the train station.

There are no rooms, it's more like small wood cabins spread around the grounds which is nice. The cabin I stayed in had a small swing on the porch and was the size of a large hotel room. Service is not that great, slow and not as polite as other places in Mexico. One problem is that they close the hotel at night, we had to jump the fence because they left us outside. Very strange that they would close and not leave a guard on duty. The other thing is that the maintenance crew started working on a side walk out side our window(hammering) at 8 am on a sunday and didn't stop even after we asked. The location is ok, by the town's centre but its flat, so no good views.

Tuve una experiencia maravilloso, al dejar el hotel, olvide mi IPad en el cuarto y me localizaron para avisarme que la tenían en recepción y que podía pasar por ella en cuanto pudiera. Regrese y muy amables los encargados del hotel me estaban esperando para entregármela.

Por el precio uno esperaría más. En términos generales es un buen hotel pero la tarifa es elevada y sin embargo en algunas cuestiones no cumple a cabalidad. La cabaña es muy fría durante el invierno, y el sistema de calefacción no da abasto. En el baño no hay calentador alguno por lo que es aún más frío.

Un lugar muy bonito, cómodo, cercano a todas las atracciones de Creel: lago de Arareco, Cascada de Cusárare, Valle de los Hongos, Valle de los monjes... Las cabañas son hermosas, para familias, parejas, y grupos. Tienen área de asadores, parking para motorhomes, jueguitos para niños, fogata con música, salón de eventos, restaurante y más. Nos dieron desayuno de huevito a la mexicana, frijoles y chilaquiles con café y jugo de naranja todo incluido en el costo por noche. La tarifa es justa con las instalaciones, ubicación, seguridad y atención. Tienen agua caliente, tv satelital, wifi y otras amenidades. Nosotros nos quedamos en una cabaña con cocinera y estaba hermosa, con porchecito y cercana a todo. La atención es amable y muy buena. En nuestra opinión, vale mas la pena que estar en hotel.

Bien en general. Es un pueblo con mucha suciedad en sus calles y si no es día de tren está muerto. Pero hay lugares al rededor muy bonitos.

La cabaña tenía maderas en piso quebradas la puerta del baño se atoraba el lavabo tenía fuga de agua y la regadera con moho
