Super concierge service - alles werd geregeld - zelfs transport met busje naar restaurant in Crans waar we tot in het restaurant begeleid werden - in één woord TOP. Speciale vermelding ook voor het ontbijt dat tot in de puntjes verzorgd was...

Schitterend hotel met centrale ligging in Crans. Reeds de t****e maal dat we dit hotel bezochten. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Aangename kamers in typisch Zwitserse stijl. Tevens 2 uitstekende restaurants, gastronomisch en brasserie.

De locatie was zeer typisch en authentiek, in het centrum, dicht bij skilift en golf. Zeer mooie wandelroutes. De kamers zijn zeer groot. De staff is professioneel zonder opdringerig te zijn en dit geldt voor alle domeinen (receptie, kamermeisjes, restaurants, skiservice...) Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd!

Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours is really nice. The design is beautiful. Very rustic and modern. The rooms are beautiful. They are also spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities are really nice. The food and drinks here are great too. Amazing place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel in the midst of one week Fall break trip with 3 year old daughter and husband- superior hospitality. Small hotel that was getting close to closing for the season, so we were among the last guests to stay there, so the hotel was very quiet. We were upgraded to a larger room as we were celebrating our anniversary- the size was perfect for our family of three! Lovely balcony that we sat on daily- had a lovely breakfast outside the dining room as well as inside. Loved the daily baked treats they brought up to our room- the aesthetic is very pleasing and rustic. We were a bit unlucky in that it was quite cloudy and turning a bit cold during our stay, so we were inside a bit more than hoped, but the room was very comfortable and welcoming.

This place is a true gem. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced the level of service we experienced here. The Bear Suite is a must. Lovely and elegant accommodations-our party did not want to leave. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning. We enjoyed dinner both nights at Le Bistrot de Ours. The aperitifs were spot on and the food was incredible. Service was impeccable. You must do the wine tasting in the wine cellar. Very informative and a unique experience. Nicolas was a joy! Every employee we encountered was extremely attentive, anticipated your needs and incredibly helpful. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for an incredible experience and stay!!

The quality of the accommodation, the food and the service was amazing. The staff were all lovely and they made our stay very special. We would highly recommend staying here and we would happily visit again.

The food was absolutely brilliant. It was a perfect mix of food and wine. Our waitress was amazing, her name is Eva she was very helpful and kind. She made the experience brilliant. She explained all dishes in detail and has a sense of humour

Excellent hotel The food in the Bistrot des l' ours is delicious. The beef fillet is very very very well cooked. The meat is premium quality. The wine list very good with good prices. The decoration of the restaurant is very frindly and warm like the staff
