I stayed here for one night and that was long enough! The bedroom had no towels and there was dust everywhere! I went into the bathroom and there was a shower gel open in the shower! Clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Blinds were falling to bits and no curtains! Bedside lamp not working and bulb out on ceiling light. Won’t be back!

Great b and b, very friendly, rooms nice and clean. Bed really comfortable, and great pillows. Breakfast was continental, with lots of choice, and the owner offered us eggs and baked beans as well. All that you could want. After seeing some bad reviews we were a bit concerned as to what we would find on arrival, but no worries, all was good. We will be returning, and would recommend to anyone.

This place is run on a shoestring to maximise the amount of profit from what they charge . They advertise B&B but the breakfast is fried egg or scrambled egg with beans !!!! No bacon , sausage, mushrooms etc: The walls between the bedrooms is literally paper thin & you can hear people in the next room talking like they are in your room . Cleanliness is very poor in the room , cobwebs, dust and just shabby standards, no bed toppers so you could be sleeping on a previously urine stained mattress. Bathroom is the same I'm afraid, broken glass shelf you can't use & it looks like something has slipped off the shelf at one time & cracked the sink . Television screen looks to have been wiped with a wet cloth ( possibly the same used to clean Bathroom) If you have standards...... stay clear IMHO .

My booking has been cancelled last minute. Didn’t even have the decency to phone me they emailed! Absolutely ridiculous cancelling a week before a charity event I am doing. Shocking would not recommend.
