Had a great time at this hotel Location is a five minute walk from ferry pier. View is amazing from our ocean view room upgrade well worth the money for sure watching the cruise ships dock right in front of us was really cool. Free breakfast buffet was excellent in mornings. Nice chairs around small splash pool were nice also little bar there at pool area. Spent the day there one day watching all the action in the ocean in front of us. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The price was good for the location of this hotel. We really like all the elevators in building . Also has a 7-11 store located under hotel open 24/7 so handy. Would highly recommend this small hotel looking forward to staying there next time

Nice property with an amazingly friendly staff. The breakfast crew was super and the breakfast surprisingly fantastic.
Eggs to order and very fresh fruit. Though not a luxury property, it was comfortable, clean and close to the square.
Got the boxes for our needs.

Staff was excellent as they accommodated all our requests with a smile.
.Location was good as you could walk to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet with made to order omelets and waffles didn't disappoint. Pool was smaller than expected, but is heated and near bar where they made the best margaritas!

Our group was a pair of grandparents, myself, and my two kids (8 and 12) Staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing and varied, with custom omelets, waffles, and much more! The lobby was beautiful and immaculate, and the pool was lovely and warm. The location is terrific, near lots of great restaurants.

The staff is definately one of the reasons that keep us coming back to Casa Mexicana each time we visit Cozumel. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient making check in very easy. The breakfast staff and chef, housekeeping, and bartenders are all wonderful. Shout out to Sinthia who always greets you with a smile starting at breakfast and throughout the day and always has time to chat. A wonderful breakfast is included in the price. Location is perfect, close walk from the ferry with many shops and restaurants surrounding it. We went Cozumel to dive and were able to walk to our dive shop and then went out later for dinner on foot as well. We always enjoy our stay at Casa Mexicana.

First time staying at Casa Mexicana. Clean. And our room was surprisingly quiet for being in the midst of town. We are divers and frequently visit Cozumel (at least a couple times a year). We have favorite restaurants. Casa Mexicana allowed us to grab a quick included breakfast, go diving, eat out at a favorite restaurant for dinner, sleep peacefully. Repeat. Nice place if this is your type of trip.

This was my second stay in 3 months. Having stayed at 5 different all inclusive resorts and 3 other downtown hotels i would have to say that Casa Mexicana is my favorite place of them all. Already have booked for May. Breakfast is included and amazing. I really can't say enough good about the staff, they really make us feel welcome and will do all within their power to accommodate your needs.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly, rooms was decent, and everything is in walking distance. No beach access, but all close to everything else.
