Had a great time at this hotel Location is a five minute walk from ferry pier. View is amazing from our ocean view room upgrade well worth the money for sure watching the cruise ships dock right in front of us was really cool. Free breakfast buffet was excellent in mornings. Nice chairs around small splash pool were nice also little bar there at pool area. Spent the day there one day watching all the action in the ocean in front of us. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The price was good for the location of this hotel. We really like all the elevators in building . Also has a 7-11 store located under hotel open 24/7 so handy. Would highly recommend this small hotel looking forward to staying there next time

First time staying at Casa Mexicana. Clean. And our room was surprisingly quiet for being in the midst of town. We are divers and frequently visit Cozumel (at least a couple times a year). We have favorite restaurants. Casa Mexicana allowed us to grab a quick included breakfast, go diving, eat out at a favorite restaurant for dinner, sleep peacefully. Repeat. Nice place if this is your type of trip.

This was my second stay in 3 months. Having stayed at 5 different all inclusive resorts and 3 other downtown hotels i would have to say that Casa Mexicana is my favorite place of them all. Already have booked for May. Breakfast is included and amazing. I really can't say enough good about the staff, they really make us feel welcome and will do all within their power to accommodate your needs.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly, rooms was decent, and everything is in walking distance. No beach access, but all close to everything else.

It’s a great hotel conveniently located near Punta langosta and has several restaurants/bars nearby. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast staff is amazing and the food is good. Can be a little better but overall is great.

Was a nice stay. Helpful front desk and Gustov.
Wish the breakfast would go back to self serve, difficult to point out foods behind steamed cover, and there's no control over portions(typically served more than desired).

This is conveniently located near the ferry station. The staff went out of their way to accommodate the guests visiting for Carnival. This was a great location to view the parade from the balcony or the outdoor seating the staff setup! The breakfast buffet was very good as well! I wasn't expecting the big selection. My room felt a bit damp, but aside from that, I enjoyed it!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Casa Mexicana and it won’t be the last. It is truly a home away from home. Spectacular breakfast, great location to downtown, in the thick of every, yet it is it’s own oasis. Polite, friendly, welcoming, professional staff, impeccably clean, they cater to your every need. I hated to leave it’s expansive views and bath water warm pool. They do it right.
