"Nice overall. Hot breakfast lots of choices. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. EV chargers located just next to Target just on other side of freeway. Comfy beds, pillows, sheets. Nice 24/7 drink offerings in lobby, herbal teas, cocoa, coffee etc... Downside: very small bathroom so really only can be used by 1 person at a time. Very low pressure shower (maybe because we were at the end of the wing?) Nice to have a full length mirror but needs table and lighting nearby so it can be used to get ready, in lieu of the bathroom, when bathroom is in use. Also very disappointed that hot tub was broken."

"Room- clean and comfortable  Breakfast- limited: waffles, biscuits & gravy, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins. No meat, no cold cereal. First keys didn’t work. Second keys to our room did work, but somebody else’s stuff was in the room. Third set of keys - to new room - worked. Clean and empty! And comfortable. Good air conditioning with outdoor temps in the 90’s."

"Very nice and comfortable rooms on three levels. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean, adequately sized closet. The breakfast room seemed a bit small, but was still not satisfactory. There was a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausages, plus the usual mix of cereal, waffles and toast. The pool and hot tub were open, but were a bit too far from the lobby. A guest laundry was also available, but the machine for selling detergent was out of order. A Dollar Tree right next to the hotel helped. There was also a McDonalds right outside the door for a little hunger in the evening."

"This hotel is a took a bit of navigation to locate (thankful for GPS), but once there, we were pleased with the accommodations. The front desk clerk was warm and friendly, and gave us very helpful instructions about how to drive around the back of the hotel and where to park closest to our room. The room was clean and the A/C worked properly. There was only a light blanket on the bed, so we were glad to have brought one in the car. The bed was quite firm, so I did not sleep as well as I would have liked. The breakfast was very good - hot eggs, sausage, tortillas, potatoes, and the usual cold fare. Good selection of teas and fresh coffee. Our one negative was I had booked the room through trip.com and prepaid online, but Best Western also charged our card. I called the hotel after we got home, and the clerk apologized and refunded the charge immediately. Kudos for not trying to prevent a refund."

"Ruimte- schone en comfortabele  Breakfast-beperkt: wafels, koekjes en zwarte, hard gekookte eieren, yoghurt, muffins. Geen vlees, geen koud graan. De eerste sleutels werkten niet. De tweede sleutels voor onze kamer werkten, maar iemand anders was in de kamer. De derde set sleutels - voor nieuwe kamer - werkte. Rein en leeg! En comfortabel. Goed airconditioning met buitenweer in de 90's."

"Went for dinner on our Anniversary. The view was beautiful but really that was the only good thing. Maybe we expected too much. Staff were dressed in very casual clothing, blue jeans and all mismatched. Our service person looked like she had barely made it out of bed that afternoon. Her hair wasn’t even combed. No hostess to seat us, waited 15 minutes on a week night. Finally a server got us to our table. No friendly banter. The food, eh! Husband had steak and garlic mashed potatoes. Not even a sauce came on them. I had fish and chips that tasted like the came from a burger place. We watched a staff member light the outdoor fire pit and then smoke a cigarette with a guest. Really expected more."
