Stayed in Hayfield Manor for the weekend. This hotel is a true five star hotel. The staff are excellent. Hotel is exceptional and the service is incredible. We had a beautiful room overlooking the courtyard. The hotel is luxury with a capital L. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. We had dinner on Saturday evening And we’re served by a delightful waitress. The food was excellent. The wine choice was sensational. Excellent. The bartenders were exceptional. The cocktails were fantastic. What can I tell you? Has to be to do list if you’re visiting Cork show the management team of Hayfield Manor, it’s clear and exceptional thank you to you and all your stuff. What a fantastic weekend. Can’t wait to get back. See you guys very soon. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this is certainly all of the best.

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel!!! From the gentlemen who greeted us at the door, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, every interaction with staff was top notch. So many little touches made our stay special, We were greeted at check in with whiskey, the snacks in the room were a wonderful surprise, and our room even had its own Christmas tree! We utilized the concierge to make a dinner reservation for us and book a taxi into town, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Plenty of on-site parking with valet service offered. We utilized the outdoor hot tub which was great after a long day of walking. We ate dinner at the bistro and the food was amazing. This hotel was a highlight of our trip, we are so glad we stayed here!

Had the most amazing treatment at the Beautiique spa. Tanya m therapist was brilliant I felt so taken care of from the minute I got there Sarah at reception showed me around and brought me to a beautiful private changing room. Got into a fluffy robe and slippers to go out and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi before my treatment. Had the most amazing deep tissue massage and facial. Thanks So much girls. Can’t recommend the Beautique Spa enough

Visited the Spa Department last week to see if they had any recommendations for a gift for a family members birthday. I had the most wonderful experience with Sarah. She recommended the best gifts and how to use them and really listened and offered amazing advice and support and guidance. Such a beautiful person to have dealt with even with how busy she appeared. She answered every single question and didn’t make me feel rushed or in the way. Made me feel so seen and still special even though I just popped in.

This was our first stay at Hayfield Manor and we would definitely return. The hotel is in beautiful grounds and is an absolute oasis of tranquillity in the city. From our first contact all the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. You get a lovely welcome and you are looked after from start to finish. We had a lovely stay and will be back when we can. Thank you to the wonderful team at the hotel, you are a credit to the Hayfield Manor.

Amazing property within walking distance of Cork The team was so helpful and friendly. The team in the outside bar was beyond exceptional. Really good choice of dining The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you want a great experience in Cork this is the place to stay.

Hayfield Manor is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting. On arrival we were offered a glass of whiskey and fruit and cookies were waiting for us in our lovely spacious room. The food at the hotel was delicious! We had an amazing breakfast every morning, two dinners and an afternoon champagne tea. My husband also had a great massage and swam in the pool every day. We stayed four nights. The service at the hotel was outstanding! Everybody was friendly, warm and attentive. I was sad to leave and hope to return soon. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel! You won't be disappointed!

We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Ireland and this has to rank as one of the best primarily for its excellent service and fantastic food. One of the few to have a hot food menu for breakfast rather than a buffet, breakfast as a whole was outstanding. The second night we had dinner in the hotel which was equally good but the first night we had left it late to book a restaurant in Cork city itself. Not only to the hotel give us excellent recommendations but when one of the recommended restaurants told us they were full one of the staff at the hotel was able to get us a table, the recommended restaurant was also excellent. Our room was a great size with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 older children, the kids loved playing with the putting machine that had been left in our room. The room was well equipped, the bed was comfy, thd bathroom was lovely and there was a lovely ambience in the room. The swimming pool is a super size too and was not overly busy, our kids would have stayed there all day given the choice. The hotel had a great atmosphere with plenty of activity without being noisy. If you want to walk into Cork we found that easy too due to the location. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. A special must be given to Nathan Sweeney but all the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help.

This is my third time staying at Hayfield and I’m not sure how it is possible to stay in such a beautiful luxurious place but have it feel so homely at the same time. I really think the staff make it special they are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It isn’t often you stay somewhere and think the staff really all love their jobs. The food is amazing, breakfast is cooked fresh no hot buffet and the choice is huge. We ate dinner in their restaurant Perrott’s and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a break you will want to repeat every year I highly recommend Hayfield Manor.
