Only minor complaint was the cleanliness of the gym/workout room. Everything else was great!

Even on the 9th floor our room and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe it filters up through the vents from the ******?
Would have appreciated at least a complimentary bottle of water.

The front desk employees are great. Room dated and smells like smoke. Limited channels on tv. Limited food options. Housekeepers were yelling in the hallways at each other from one room to the cart in the hallways about personal things, very unprofessional.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable and room had all amenities. Gaming area was great. 360 steakhouse was great. would have been nice to have a sit down morning cafe to have coffee and breakfast.

The only thing I would mention is the entrance. Unless you drive to the front door for drop off and pick up it’s a little bit of a downhill or uphill walk. Little strange
