Hotel Esmeralda Maris by LIVVO

Ik heb net 4 nachten doorgebracht en een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Esmerelda Maris. Geweldige locatie - gemakkelijk parkeren (aan het einde van een rij hotels) en prachtige zachte zandstranden met kristalhelder water binnen 6-8 minuten lopen (off-road / ruw pad, dus sommige schoenen vereist). Mogelijkheid voor mooie wandelingen langs de kust en een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht vanaf de nabijgelegen heuvels, indien gewenst. Een grote dank aan Ingrid bij de receptie was erg warm, vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam. Het hele hotel is onlangs gerenoveerd - het voelde nieuw. Goed ontworpen en geluiddicht, evenals ruime appartementen. Vlekkeloos schoon en veel opbergruimte. Keuken was ook redelijk goed uitgerust (slechts 3 van elk stuk serviesgoed, maar geen probleem) en blij dat ze een nieuwe afwasspons, zeep, afveegdoekje etc. bieden. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn goed onderhouden. Het zwembad was eigenlijk verwarmd tot een warme temperatuur (zeldzaam!) – misschien ongeveer 23-24 graden – zeer comfortabel, zelfs op de koelere februari-avonden. Wifi was redelijk en gratis voor 5 apparaten per kamer, vooral in de woonkamer - snelheden van 10 - 20 Mbps upload en download. Sterk aanbevolen en ik hoop nog een keer terug te keren!

I really recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, great vibe. This place made a difference in my appreciation of my vacation. After my stay there I felt so relax. Everything was truly amazing, the food, the apartment, the staff,… I felt welcomed. And the location was also great, it was calm and beautiful. The team was so professional and attentive. Best customer service I have ever had.

We have really liked the apartment. Breakfast options were ok, but always had to wait for refills of juices and pastry and not everyone was nice. The pool was dirty. The washing machine in the laundry was a very old one and crazy expensive.

The front desk and the manager are wonderful and very friendly people. Love every minutes in the hotel.

Spacious sea view apartment , comfortable beds , modern bathroom with rain shower , well equipped kitchen the apartment was cleaned to a high standard 5 minutes walk to the beach , short walk to Costa Calma centre

Is it worth me paying 1000e for one week in this hotel? Pros -The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. -Nice little Spa area. -Good and large studio apartment. Nicely decorated Cons -Hotel not by the beach but facing a road where you can hear touristic buses from 6am. -Reception closed after 6PM See view, yes overlooking the road -Hotel In middle of nowhere and need a car to do anything. Nothing walking distance such as Bars or restaurants. -Cleaning is done in a time record each time, maxi 10min! -No dishwasher - Cold swimming pool despite being heated -WiFi not always working properly -Breakfast: poor and horrible coffee. We stopped going as not many options for vegans. Anyway, this hotel is certainly good for a all inclusive clientele with little expectation and it was not worth my 1000 euros and stop using Covid as a bad excuse for not delivering good quality standard.
