Niets te maken met twee jaar geleden verhuizen
De kwaliteit van het ontbijt is matig. Hoewel het een villa is, zijn er geen badjassen of slippers. We moesten wachten op de kamer en liepen toen met koffers naar de villa

A fantastic hotel, feels like in the Caribbean, spent one night in a “villa” with private jacuzzi- absolutely wonderful, especially with a sunset view. A good food in the pool
bar. The only issues - only one small pool with heated water and spa was for an extra charge (and was booked up)

sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr echönes, großes Zimmer. Angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Umfangreiches Frühstück bis 11 Uhr.
Wir waren TOP zufrieden. Auch schöner als einige andere Hotels in Adeje die wir kennen.

We found this hotel exceptional.
The staff were all very friendly, the food and service were great and we loved the decor and ambiance around the hotel.
Would definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Costa Adeje.

The second best hotel I ever stayed on. The service was top class. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. The rooms are big, especially the superior rooms.
The buffet evening menu is great, and with fresh food.
I will definitely come her again.

The property itself was gorgeous. The cleaning staff at the resort were amazing.
The reduction in stars is due to the check in process and the lady that checked us in. She was so concerned that the suite we were in was being occupied by two people instead of just one, even though I provided proof that I booked for two. She made us feel very uncomfortable. The bell staff brought us a glass of champagne each while the lady was hassling us over the reservation and never brought the glasses of champagne back after being asked to wait until after we completed check in.
After the check in debacle, we toured the facility. When we inquired about the restaurant’s hours of operation, we again were treated rudely by the restaurant staff because we were not dressed formally. After over 24 hours of airline travel (with connections), I felt that the treatment was uncalled for by the restaurant’s staff. I refused to eat in the property’s restaurants because of the treatment we received the first night after check in.
The breakfast selection was very good and the orange juice was delicious.
