This was a nice apar**ent to stay at. We were a group of 11, and stayed in three different sets of rooms. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is situated right in the middle of the main piazza, which made it very easy to walk down and find many restaurants and cafes. The only downfall was, since it was right in the middle of the piazza, it was at least a 10-minute walk to the parking facility, which makes it a little difficult if you have a lot of luggage to bring back and forth from your vehicle. Despite this, we truly enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone coming to Cosenza.

Camere datate, ma bella hall e buon servizio. Soprattutto. Il bagno necessità di aggiornamento. Doccia piccola malgrado tanto spazio bel bagno. Posto incantevole in centro paese. Prima colazione abbondante e varia, ma per un buon caffè espresso devi andare al bar alla to alla reception.

Pessimo, capelli e peli sulle lenzuola, linea internet che faceva fatica a caricare, quindi smart tv inutile, nella stanza nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua, veramente deludente! Poca attenzione da parte dell’host, mai piu!

Buongiorno, volevo condividere con tutti la mia esperienza in questa struttura. Per carità carina, anche se piccola la stanza ma per quello che serve (dormirci e fare una doccia) va bene. Peli sulle lenzuola, internet a fatica e ragazzi/e, ATTENZIONE a NON dimenticare in camera neanche una spilla, se ciò avviene NON la ritroverete più! Ho dimenticato il carica batterie del mio drone con all'interno 2 batterie e quando ho richiamato 4gg dopo (sono rientrato a casa e aperto gli zaini solo allora) mi hanno prontamente risposto che non è stato trovato nulla, cosa IMPOSSIBILE! Le ricomprerò ma li non ci metterò più piede.

Buona location centralissima ma con il prezzo che si paga si consiglia di includere la colazione. Per il resto tutto perfetto pulito, ben curato in tutti i dettagli, silenzioso nonostante la centralità e vicinissimo alla stazione e altri servizi.

Molto comodo l'appartamento è molto comoda la posizione su Corso Mazzini, nella parte nuova della città. Da fuori l'edificio pare bruttino, ma dentro è nuovo e ben curato. La stanza pulita e ordinata, non le manca nulla. Gentilissimo è stato il proprietario che, da remoto ci ha aiutati nel check-in. Abbiamo soggiornato benissimo. Grazie. :D
