This was one of our best stays during our trip to Italy. It is a B and B in an old convent. We had two rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The facility was very clean. It was quiet. The breakfast was good. Beatrice, the host, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make us at home. Would happily stay there again.

Great place to stay . Very close to town centre . Room is small but cozy and clean. Breakfast is very basic but will work those who eat very light for breakfast like my wife .
Will definitely come here to stay if coming to Cortona again .

Una semplice struttura, pulitissima e in una posizione meravigliosa, guardati a vista da S.Francesco. Previa spiegazione della gentile Beatrice si arriva facilmente anche in macchina. La sala colazione un pò piccolina ma essenziale con tutto. Letti comodissimi!

Struttura per il rapporto qualita' prezzo mediocre: una stanza arredata con mobilio vecchio e ridotto al minimo.Colazione scarsa con prodotti del discount e gia' consumati in parte: una crostata vecchia riciclata. Proprietaria assente e poco gentile e professionale nel fornire informazioni e con fretta di ricevere il pagamento. L' accoglienza al check approssimativa e con impiegata poco pratica. Valutazione su Booking fuori dalla realta': giudizi eccessivamente positivi! Sconsigliatissimo!!!

In pieno centro di Cortona , molto seuggestivo e particolare , le stanze sono ricavate da un ala della chiesa di San Francesco ... ambiente e stanze molto umili che rispecchiano un pò il luogo . Nota negativa è che viene segnalato con la presenza di Aria condizionata nelle stanze , ma l'unica cosa presente è un vecchio ventilatore a soffito rumoroso e che non rinfresca nulla ,abbiamo passato la notte in bianco per il troppo caldo

Stanza veramente pulitissima, posizione eccezionale per essendo in centro non ho sentito un tumore, tranne le campane alle 7..ma d'altronde San Francesco... Beatrice molto gentile, al mattino porta le brioche fresche, unico neo il cibo per la colazione,, brioches a parte, potrebbe essere migliorato
