Very good experience staying at the Retro Inn. Great selection of breakfast and friendly staff. The motel gives you a vibe of the 1970s, which was very cool. And they also have ping pong table, chess set, and many more. Highly recommended

Kamers zijn wat verouderd maar prima, schoon. Het inbegrepen ontbijt is super uitgebreid! Personeel is vriendelijk. Terrein is leuk gedecoreerd met wat activiteiten in gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Goede ligging voor Mesa Verde.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and found it was still excellent during our 2-night stay. The decor has a sense of playfulness. Our room was large and clean. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast was good with oatmeal, fresh fruit and other expected items.
Our only complaint is that our room could use another light or two, particularly one on the desk. It's a large room that needs better illumination.
But the Retro Inn will still be our choice the next time we pass through Cortez.

It's a motel in a the West, not a,Hilton Hotel in Dubai.... it has a special feeling. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and clean.
They just finished a guest room, where people can get together and play. There were a few games, and there are tables inside the room, and outside if the weather is nice.
They also have continental breakfast, with a very good selection. Boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, corn dogs, burritos, and several types of bread, along with butter, cream cheese and jellys. Coffee, juice, and fruits. Really, one of the best continental breakfast you can get in a Motel like this.

Room was very clean. The linens were good quality and the bed was comfortable.

Front desk staff was great. We got the 1983 room which was Star Wars themed. Great decor. Great value.

This place was great the room was huge and the kitchen was Impeccable! There is a guest room with great games. And the best part, FREE BREAKFAST!
