Not a four star welcome at the check in experience.The receptionist was rude and ignored us for ten minutes for no reason.We were treated as incumbents and made to wait unnecessarily.Our booking was relayed to her and clearly bias was used.Her words were “ there is a customer in front “.Reception was empty! She didn’t speak to us afterwards,no information relayed,no welcome and no room number given. Both of the staff at reception were rude, unhelpful and spoiled our experience.We don’t recommend and will not return.The toilet roll holder was broken and toilet paper was missing,however fortunately we had our own we would not be approaching reception for anything. Lightning in the rom is poor to read with.The hotel is functional and at best a two star.We couldn’t wait to leave! Give the place a miss and book elsewhere.

las instalaciones del hotel limpias habitaciones bien,comida desastrosa y mal elaborada,precocinada,y casi todo congelado,en la cocina o no saben elaborar menus ,o la empresa les obliga a dar lo mismo praticamente todos los dias,los desayunos como un hostal de carretera malo,y faltando todos los dias algo,o estropeado ,personal muy esmerado en comedor y corriendo porque ,falta personal,tanto en balneario ,como comedor,en el balneario te tratan como ganado,y ni respirar te dejan cuando a lo que vas es relajarte,medico no hay solo esta el dia de ingreso de grupos de inserso ,la ley dice que deberia haber medico,a diario,falta de limpieza en el balneario total el agua de las baneras turbias,lo estan hundiendo de la manera quelo estan regentando.

Las habitaciones muy bien(8), las instalaciones del balneario están bien pero falta higiene(7), la comida desastrosa sin ideas y muy repetitivas, comimos la peor tortilla de patata que se pueda hacer(3,5). El salón de recreo tiene sillones que si los ves en la calle ni los cojes de lo manchados y sucios que están. Falta personal y el trato regular. Una pena.

Hemos Estado con el inserso, el personal genial tanto camareras como personal del balneario, la comida muy variada y muy bien cocinada, la habitación estupenda, es una pena que el baño huela de vez en cuanto bastante mal.

Pésimo, la comida muy mala y de muy baja calidad para 26 € que te cobran. De 4 estrellas les bajaría a 1 del tirón. El balneario muy sucio y la mujer nos llevaba a la carrera. Unos chorros asquerosos, todo lleno de cal. El trato en recepción muy bueno y amable, en cuanto al camarero con unas prisa increíble por quitar el plato aún sin terminar. No lo recomiendo para nada, es perder el tiempo y el dinero.

El personal es estupendo, trato, atención, profesionalidad. Puntación de 10. Lo que es penoso es el servicio , las habitaciones no están muy limpias, el desayuno para ser de 4 estrellas corresponde más a un hotel de 2 o 3. Se ve que falta personal,tanto de limpieza como para atender el comedor. En el desayuno solo hay una persona para servir y limpiar las mesas. Me parece increíble que el menu cueste 26 EUROS!!!. Debe ser que no interesa que los huéspedes coman en el el hotel... hay sitios fuera que el menú cuesta 12 euros y está mucho mejor. Vuelvo a destacar la amabilidad del personal en contraste con el servicio que ofrece la empresa que gestiona el hotel.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per due notti. Tutto lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile: menzioni in particolare all'addetta alle pulizie dai capelli rossi e all'addetta alle colazioni che da sola gestiva tutto, incredibile! Ottima qualità/prezzo! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Nos alojamos una noche, estábamos de paso. Hotel genial! La cama es enorme, las instalaciones de la habitación son muy nuevas. Está alejado perfecto para relaj****. El circuito de los baños es agradable y relajante. Quedamos encantados con el trato especialmente la señora de los baños, creo que se llamaba silvia, no estoy segura, y la recepcionista también muy atenta. Volvería

Un remanso de paz en mitad del altiplano granadino. El hotel es nuevo, habitación muy bonita y espaciosa. El personal agradable y atento. El balneario tiene un estilo árabe muy acogedor, alguna de las fases del programa termal un poco sosa pero en general bien. La mujer que controla los tiempos en el balneario es un encanto. En definitiva, un lugar recomendable para pasar unos días de retiro.
