Zijn er 8 dagen geweest, onze kamer is niet een keer schoongemaakt, na herhaald vragen om schone handdoeken hebben we deze uiteindelijke zelf van het karretje van de poetsdames moeten pakken. Kamers zijn gedateerd en vies...

Dit is de vierde keer dat we hier zijn geweest. Het viel een beetje tegen. Hotel heeft duidelijk veel last gehad van de Corona sluiting. Kamers waren niet goed schoon, restaurant voor het ontbijt was gesloten! Gelukkig was de poolbar open en kon je daar om 10:00 uur ontbijt bestellen. Schoonmaak was nog om de dag ipv iedere dag. Daarnaast was het erg druk waardoor er te weinig ligbedden bij het zwembad waren.

We have been to Corralejo 3 times before and stayed at Tao Caleta Playa which is great cental and on the beach, but this was fully booked so went Hysperia bristol playa which said near the harbour this is a 20 to 25 mins walk to the main restaurants and bars which is not a problem for us but the description seemed to make out it was nearer to the harbour than it is. If people with walking disabilities book here please make sure you ask for a ground floor as there are three floors in some blocks and no lifts at all, the complex is nice but room cleaning bed change and towel change is only once a week unlike other places we have been to that do it three times a week

Stayed here for a week in an apartment with sea view - great views and lovely to hear the sea from your room. I was a bit apprehensive as the place doesn't have air con but the room temp at night was really cool (April). Lots of breeze in Correlajo too so I can imagine it's not too bad until it gets really hot. Good facilities in the room, great budget place to stay. Spacious pool. Fair bar prices. Great location. There is a big supermarket a few minutes walk away to get supplies, it's a few mins walk from the main bus station too. The apartment did need a bit of a dust in a couple of places (but I'm a bit of a clean freak).

Lovely complex with good size rooms, pool bar and evening bar, for us in a quiet location which was ideal, with dozens of restaurants within 15 minutes stroll. Sea view room had lovely views, but was a tad breezy at times. Didn’t expect much from a 3 star location but was pleasantly surprised. All the staff were friendly and helpful, if you are looking for a no clean, comfy no frills apartment, Hesperian Bristol Playa is totally recommended.

Absolutely perfect , location, staff , everything you need is there. Gym, 3 pools, resurant, shop. Pub Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance
