I’m usually pretty happy staying at LaQ and this time was no exception. My only big issue was there was mold growing under the silicone caulk around the tub. I feel this should have been cleaned and replaced. I also would have liked more than 1 regular coffee pack….there was 1 reg/1 decaf for 2 adults who love their coffee.The walls are a little thin, we could hear our neighbors and their children come in at 2am. Other than that our stay was great! Check in was flawless, staff was nice and attentive, bed was comfy, A/C worked great, breakfast smelled yummy but we didn’t have time to eat. Price was excellent for a last minute, holiday weekend booking. I would stay here again!

I know this is my second bad review. I chose La Quinta because they are always great! IT WAS NOT!
A young man checked us in at night. He was helpful. There were kids running around. I noticed right away there was going to be issue because the rug was dirty, but lets give it a chance. Trash in the hall waiting to ne picked up? Still there the noxt morning. Yes, breakfast. Vey similar to the usual. YAY! We were looking for butter and could not find it. There was an employee making his plate. I thought maybe he was on break so I did not ask him. Then he came back and got another plate?
When we left there was no one at the desk? The employee that was eating breakfast is now refilling snack section. NO ONE GREETED US THE ENTIRE MORNING! Kids STILL running around because their Mother was working. So dissappointing.

The hotel itself was fine. Overall pretty nice, but with some wear and tear. The tv remote didn't work and the under-part of the bedside tables were sticky, but that was about it. There was an issue with the reservation, where it stated there would be a sofa bed online, but when we arrived, we were told the room we booked didn't have one. However, the front desk clerk did a great job in helping us to fix the issue and offered to upgrade us to a room with a sofa bed. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN NO TV. Could not get it to work even the staff tried to fix it but did not get it fixed

Needed a pet friendly, no frills hotel for a one night stay and this was a perfect choice. Price was very reasonable, all fixtures in the room worked properly and hotel property and grounds were clean. Location was great also as it was right off the highway and close to various fast food places and gas stations.

The hotel was clean and comfy. The tv remote wouldn’t work even after replacing the batteries. Only 1 out of the 4 lamps worked.

The front desk worker was quite friendly and helpful. The house keeping and maintenance are not good. The 1st room assigned to us had no blankets on both beds; the metal bed frame protruding by about half a foot from the bedroom, both my daughter and I accidentally bumped into the protruding bed frame and were hurt; wifi signal was too weak in that room so wifi was not available; toilet seat was not tightened so it wobbled freely right and left.
After asking front desk worker for help, he was quite helpful and friendly, quickly moved us to a different room without the above issues.

I guess you have to inform them to clean your room. We stayed 2 nights . No room service cleaned the room while we were out. I was disappointed to meet my bed unattended when we came back.

Only reason I chose this hotel is because of the hot tub! Turns out they don’t have one. False advertisement 😠
