Uitstekende centrale locatie, zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ruime kamers met comfortabele kingsize bedden, het meubilair ziet er een beetje oud uit maar is volledig functioneel.
Geen wifi in de kamers, alleen in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Om de kamer op te maken is het niet voldoende om een bordje aan de deur te hangen; waarschijnlijk moet je naar de receptie gaan en hen eraan herinneren.
De ontbijtopties zijn zeer beperkt en de porties kunnen nauwelijks een kleuter bevredigen. Er is een lift als je dat wilt. Zeer goed voor een verblijf van 2-3 nachten.

De locatie is erg handig. Het ligt op slechts 100-200 meter afstand van de pier. Het ligt vlak naast het Ronde Plein. Het dekbed in de kamer is echter erg dun en je kunt gemakkelijk verkouden worden. Het is een van de de weinige hotels met een lift, maar er is geen wc-papier aan de kamer bevestigd.
Er is meestal niemand aan de balie, voor het uitchecken hoeft u alleen de sleutel af te geven aan de ober die u onderweg tegenkomt.

This was an ok hotel. Right in town of Coron, close to port, restaurants, walkable to Mt Tapyas if you're fit. Hotel was clean, breakfast was eggs and spam. For the price, I was expecting a little more.

Great location - short walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ATM/banks, harbour for island hopping, tour agencies, market, etc. The staff are helpful, welcoming and accommodating. They serve a decent Filipino buffet breakfast (6:30-9:00am) that will surely fill you up for your adventures. This hotel has an elevator, which is convenient. They offer a safe for your valuables at the reception (not in the rooms), and they keep them safely. The only downside is the WiFi is only available in the lobby and dining area and not in the rooms, but this wasn’t a problem for us. One problem for us is the smell from the pipes in the bathroom (sometimes), but the overall cleanliness is good. I would go back and stay in this property again. FYI, we stayed in Room SK, which was quite big with a balcony (great for hanging your wet stuff from island hopping - ask for a portable stand hanger).

Good location (Center of Coron town) , the place is so accessible to restaurant, bars, coffee shop, souvenir shops, atm, port and overlooking at Coron bay. Very accommodating staff. helpful and approachable Ms. Grace Divina. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, WI-FI only worked at the lobby, but not an issue for us. They also serve very good breakfast. We’re very happy and satisfied on our 3 nights and 4 days stay at One Averee Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back. Thank you and God Bless.

Well, the staff is very accommodating, and the also have an elevator which is good for adults, PWD, and children, and they will assist you whenever you have a question or something, and their breakfast buffet is great but has a limited selection of foods.

Room was fine for a short stay, great location close to all, bed was good, shower with electric heater was fine, good aircon, great staff were very helpful, decent breakfast. The only issue is no wifi in the room, only the lobby/restaurant.

WE would come back again if we are in Coron again. Everyone was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.
