The room was hot and you had to keep the AC on sixty and maybe by the middle of the night it cooled down. The TV took forever to change channels and half the time did not have a picture but sound only. There is an option for Netflix but it never loads. When you check in I gave them a credit card for a $75 dollar hold, but instead they charged my card $75 and have not issued a refund. This place is definitely not worthy of even three stars. More like a two star and the rooms are more like $70 rooms than the $130 they charge. Definitely do not recommend staying here..

People across hall came in loud and drunk at midnight. I confronted them but they continued noise. Need night security

I reserved the hotel for my coworker; He said the hotel room was comfortable, but the front desk service was terrible. The front desk made a mistake with the additional days reservation that I made for my coworker, and they tried to kick him out of the hotel without checking the additional reservation.
Finally, they resolved the problem.

Smoke smell in hallways. Staff not friendly and always made me feel like I was putting them out even when just asking a question. Hot water almost non-existent. Found a roach crawling on my sink/vanity. Housekeeping hit or miss. Overall, a poor experience

Our stay was ok , the room was clean bit outdated but clean the carpet in the room is very dusty especially when you have allergies the smell is very strong ( recommend to change)
Front desk staff was very accommodating thanks. Breakfast was good .

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and very clean. It is an older hotel that could use some refurbishing, but the location is great as is parking.

It is easy to find and centrally located to a lot of what I was doing. Lots of great restaurants, stores and cafes in walking distance.
Sound travels through the walls. Sound from the hallway was loud. I had to stuff a towel at the base of my door. Breakfast was the exact same each morning. A variety couldn’t hurt.
