Ramada by Wyndham Coquitlam

I am 73 years old and I was with my daughter. I have travelled all over the world the only thing that came close to the filth and rats was Italy in the middle of a garbage strike. As we left the city they locked the gates because there was a cholera epidemic. I feel so traumatized by this I started getting chest pains and I fainted. I don't know if you check these properties as a 3rd party but you need to. This hotel needs to be condemned and burnt to the ground. List of things wrong. - $250.00 per night to stay in a hotel that would be closed even in a 3rd world country. - Staffed with foreigners who do not or pretend not to speak English. - room had black mold on the curtains, mold growing in the bathroom. - the restaurant have rats running by the door and are probably the chicken special - when I complained to the front desk (the ignorant women took her purse and left with a whole line of people waiting for service - the carpark had dozens if not hundreds of rats running around (1 ran across my foot). As you can tell I am extremely upset by this experience. After 2 nights my daughter and I left. I want my money returned ASAP. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, the Health Department, the City of Coquitlam and the Provincial Government also I will contact GLOBAL NEWS CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. Note I have pictures to back these complaints up I can not rate it between 1 and 5 as I have never stayed in such a disgusting place, I would rate it at Minus 100 (not fit for humans (only rats).... This is a budget hotel lower your expectations Fine

Our stay was nice but we wish the TV had more channels or like some hotels have Netflixs that the guess could log into. But we didn't have those services so we were forced to watch stuff on our phones.
