位置不錯 就係paultons park隔離！ 不過房間隔音效果差，會聽到其他人聲音。 整體不錯，有機會會再入住

The hotel was full of very noisy children and parents that seemed to have lost control - I only found out later that it is near to a couple of children's amusement parks - although I still don't understand why they went to bed so late and got up so early and made so much noise. Just excited I guess. Other than that and the fact that the adjoining pub had run out of food, the hotel was a good standard Premier Inn.

Always a great room, massive comfy bed. And superb breakfast. Most consistent and best hotel chain there is.

We only had one bath and one hand towel in the room, but by the time we realised I already had it wrapped around me so my husband had to use it soggy. A selection of different tea bags would have been nice and bottled water in the room, instead you were charged £2.40 from a vending machine

Location perfect for where we were heading, unfortunately on arrival we was greeted with rubbish underneath our bed that bad been here quite sometime. Staff was very apologetic and offered us out breakfast refunded for the inconvenience. Sleep was pretty much Disturbed as was bitten lots of times me and my partner in the double bed of our room . The breakfast on offer is absolutely brilliant and cannot be fault

Lovely location just around the corner from Paultons Park ,we have been here 4 times now and the staff are always very friendly and helpful, great food as well

The hotel itself was very clean and great location for our visit to Paultons Park, unfortunately on the first morning we were woken at 5am by the guests above us who made ridiculous levels of noise until 8am, we then had the same issue the next morning, staff were not very helpful and did nothing about this.

Visited this hotel as it is the closest to Paultons Park, Peppa pig world. We had a family room. This room needed some TLC. We didn’t move due to our 4 year old being tired and falling asleep as soon as we got into the room that evening. There seemed to be a high pitched hum coming from the bathroom, which even when the door was closed we could still hear it. We were also next to a room with a baby which was crying loudly at times through the night(not the hotels fault) The bathroom(only had shower) had mould in there and the sink is the smallest I’ve seen in a premier inn. Furniture was falling apart too. Breakfast was busy and they seemed short staffed and ran out of food quickly. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

A very convenient location, a lot of free parking space and very close to Paulton Park. Staff were very helpful, they helped us with everything. Our room was clean and tidy. We had a breakfast the next day and it’s was delicious. Great staff, price and location. What more could you ask for.
