Receptions were nice and helpful. The environment around hotel was beautiful and easy access. Many restaurants were just opposite to hotel.

One of the best hotels ever. Great location with friendly staff. Due to the pandemic, we have to print out a lot of documents for getting onboard. The staff are very nice and provide full support for what we need. Thanks very much for all your help.

酒店房間隔音差，一樓酒吧音樂大到房間都聽到，每晚都一樣！打去前台問，只可以提供耳塞….廁所沖涼位置有點奇怪，花灑好容易整到廁所地下。

It’s a great location and the room was comfortable and a good size. We were disappointed though that both the spa and the restaurant were closed due to refurbishment and this was not flagged on booking. The bar also didn’t open until 5pm so the lobby and chill out area around the bar were deserted during the day. Perhaps just bad luck with our timing, but the room rate wasn’t value for money considering the lack of key facilities.

Friendly staff, accomodating, nice rooms. I like a power shower in the morning and the pressure wasn't great, but otherwise loved the hotel!

Staff all amazing - sadly the heating was broken and my room was too cold. Moved me straight away but it detracted and frankly got cold in the new room too
