Lovely spot but the bathrooms are very tired an in need of a revamp. Not 4 star in my books. No plug anywhere so you couldn’t use the spa even if you wanted to. The couches definitely needed replacing! Overall it was comfortable enough and the spectacular views and proximity to everything made up for the rest of it

We recently stayed in apartment 63 at the Coolum Caprice and enjoyed this fabulous view from the balcony, living room and bedroom. The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished and has a lovely spa bath. We slept very well on the comfortable bed..

Location the only plus. Stayed for a week in a 'Superior' one bedroom. Amazing beachfront views but very dated, not that clean, and bed was as hard as a rock. Had a choice of 2 apartments and neither looked great. Dust lining the inside of the air con in the bedroom. Sorry, but we wont be back.

We stayed midweek using one of their specials, we checked in outside of office hours and discovered the bedroom air conditioning did not work. I notified Tracey at reception the next morning. She advised she would get it looked at. We were out all day and heard nothing from her. I followed up the next morning for her to advise she didnt see us the previous day (Did not bother to call us with an update) and advised that technician has ordered parts. I enquired about a discount due to the lack of air conditioning and contact to remedy the situation, but she advised we had already been given one and that not all rooms have air conditioning. She did not offer to swap us rooms at any point nor offer an apology. The room itself was tired looking as well as the beds. Only really has location going for it, much like other reviews mention.

Great location, handy to everything . Staff were excellent from booking and keeping in touch the entire time. Stayed in Room 52 , air con in each room but it did leak . Could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about. Certainly didn’t bother us.

This place is in a great location...But we were very dissappointment that there was only one air conditioner in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. The beds especially the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Expected more for the money we paid.

Location is excellent, right next to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. Staff were friendly. Stayed in apartment 23, the condition of the apartment was a poor, considering the cost. It is in need of a renovation, it is very tired. The cleanliness of the apartment was not that good either. However great location.

The reception staff, Tracy and Adele were absolutely outstanding. From time of booking in November they ‘went the extra mile’ to accommodate our requests. We wanted to stay longer and although we had to change apartments, they made this as easy as possible. The position is superb, but be aware some apartments are much nicer than others. The ladies make sure you know this. So so helpful.

Place was overall good. Cleanliness was left to be desired. Place could easily be updated with a few things to make it look better.
