Excellent location opposite Kirra Beach. Small pool and gym, close to restaurants and a short walk from Coolangatta. 5 mins drive from Coolangatta Airport apartment is clean. Stayed on a 2nd floor two bedroom apartment, comfortable beds with a very spacious balcony. Great cafe downstairs. Cable TV, Kitchen, Laundry. Recommend for the price it was fairly decent value for money in an area which can vary greatly in price and quality.

Apartment was beautiful fantastic veiw central to everything. Great coffee shop below, pool had to myself every time l used it l highly recommend X Kirra.

Clean, comfortable and modern unit, fabulously located within a very short stroll to the beach, a few restaurants, a park (for those with kids) and to Coolangatta. Highly recommended!

We liked the spacious apartment, the view and the convenience of having the beach right across the road. We would highly recommend X Kirra Apartments to our family and friends and would definitely return ourselves. Thanks for a very memorable visit.

Excellent views.
Stained carpet, uncomfortable lounge and dining furniture, no tissues, additional garbage bags, dishwashing or other sundry items provided over 5 day stay.

Overall our stay was excellent. Situated just a short walk to the beach and dining options, and a short drive to get groceries. Parking around the area itself is scarce however. Views are magnificent and the facilities are new and modern.
During our stay there was very high winds which dislodged 2 glass panels from their balcony holdings but reception was quick to organise maintenance/repairs.
The underground carpark is very tight and uses a "one way" traffic light system for entry and exit, which works well as long as everyone follows the rules!
Would definitely stay here again.
