Truly a magical experience and glad that Trip had a good rate for it
A walk in the resort grounds is the perfect way to start the day
Room is huge and spacious, nice marble wall bathroom, balcony with table and chair, huge tv screen with good selection of programmes
There’s Nespresso also with 4 complimentary capsules per day
The staff service is awesome
Will definitely return!

On arrival very friendly and informative, room service was fast and delicious, comfy bed very clean throughout with nice outdoor view on balcony.
On leaving great service when handing in.key asking how was everything and if they could do anymore.
Joondalup resort Thankyou and will in future do repeat business and recommend to friends, family and colleagues. :)

老酒店，前台服務有點慢衹有一個人，退房還得等入住的辦理完，兩個快速退卡的盒子都沒有，不值這個價格

We had a lovely time as we were staying for a wedding, however for the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the state of the rooms, they looked old and tired and in need of repair. There was paint off the walls between the bedroom and bathroom, like water damage and the tiles on the floor and walls the same. Badly in need of refurbishment - wouldn't book this hotel again unless we were there for a function, better value elsewhere. 4 star is overrated.

The surroundings are very peaceful and tranquil. The bathrooms are looking a bit tired and possibly need some work done on them

Beautiful surroundings, great golf course, friendly staff.
The Alcove was disappointing. The menu was limited with even more limited vegetarian options and it was expensive for what you got.
Other than that, great place to stay

Overall a lovely place to stay in the North of the city. Beautiful grounds, and all the public areas were clean and well kept. The only reason for the four stars rather than five is that the rooms need a bit of modernisation and freshening up.
