The stay was great, facilities and services provided were of very high standards, The staff for the most part were very well versed in their duties and accomplished them well. The only disconnect was when I attempted top get a receipt for the stay and was being told that since I booked through a third party I had to get the receipt from them. When I contacted the third party they told me since I payed at the facility They did not have the receipt and I had to get it from the hotel. After contacting the hotel again I was told that they did not have the receipt but after pressing the person I was speaking to (and unfortunately losing my temper) she e-mailed me the receipt that she claimed not to have. Then to add to the financial burden of paying for the room there was a daily incidental charge added to the credit card charged to my card to be returned at a later date determined by an unknown entity. In this electronic world that my funds can be removed from my account immediately but it takes 3-4 days to put it back, does not seem logical.

Very friendly desk staff and nice, quiet room. Hot tub closed, no lotion and when I asked at the desk was handed conditioner. Tiny, deflated pillow.

Due to airline delays, I arrived sleep deprived & less than coherent. I was treated like a member of a close knit family (I have stayed at the Chads Ford Hampton Inn before). Kyst a great experience all around

Breaksfst was very nice, however, they never posted on the website they were in the middle of construction of pool/spa. The front desk people on the night we arrived were not very friendly at all. The 24 hour coffee was stone cold and even I after I asked about a new pot, it was never made. I had reserved a room with 2 queen bed, but I am pretty sure they were full sizes. The girl on the front desk in the morning of check out was very nice and friendly. Nothing special about this place, and it was overpriced. There is only one little microwave in the lobby area behind the service desk, by the time I got back to my room, food was already cold anyways.

We used to stay in this hotel every year several years ago and loved it. This time...walls in our room were pretty gross and the pool was closed, which was the reason we chose to stay there-had I known it wasn't open we would have picked somewhere else. Breakfast was good and the main areas were nice and clean.

The pool is closed until April. The reason for the visit was to use the pool with my special needs daughter extremely disappointing that nothing was said or on the website.

We added an extra day to our holiday gathering and stayed here with our adult children. Appreciated the free coffee, hot water, etc. in the lobby. Hot breakfast was reasonable. Hotel was reasonably new and clean. Room was comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable, but one was squeaky. Not a big deal, but deducted a star for it.
