Extremely old and outdated property. Black moldin the bathroom…..disgusting!! However, great Ocean views. The night club on property will definitely keep you up till 2 am. I asked for a fan because at night I couldn’t keep windows open as the music from the night club kept us up and they insisted the property had no fans and of course no AC.

The views of the cost line are beautiful from any corner of the hotel. I felt really safe in the area, and enjoyed walking down the beach. All little cafes and other stores in the walking distance, as well as Concón dunes and sea lions.

No había agua caliente porque tenían rota una caldera y no sabían cuando la arreglarían. Fuimos mediante INTERVAL (no se para que tienen las placas de que dan el mejor servicio) estando con dos niños menores lo único que ofrecieron fue ir al camarín a bañarnos (5 pisos más abajo). UN PAPELON.

Piezas sucias, duchas antiguas y parchadas con cinta aislante, solo 1 confort y 2 toallas por persona sin derecho a cambio, viejo, lúgubre, húmedo, cama rota, secador de 1980 que dura 20 segundos prendido, el desayuno demora eones porque solo hay una persona atendiendo. PÉSIMO, no vaya.

Fueron unos días muy buenos el lugar me encantó ya había ido nos hospedamos un fin de semana con mi marido y estuvo bien la habitación muy limpias y muy preocupado en todo ,nos cambiaban las toallas todo los días te daban toallas para la piscina a parte se pedían en el lugar de piscina Puedes entrar y salir las veces que quisieras para mi estuvo bueno las piscinas muy limpias Todo bueno lo mejor que mientras llovía nosotros estábamos en la piscina temperada

El lugar es lindo en general, pero el servicio es deficiente, va todo tipo de gente, así que hay estar con mucho cuidado, es un lugar no barato para el nivel que se entrega, falta muchas más actividades y filtro.

Llegué y dejé mi equipaje y fuimos al sector pileta, la cuál estaba inmunda, el baño de allí también, volví a la habitación a bañarme y llena de hongos la pared y techo, abro la toalla y era un asco de sucia, los pasillos en refacciones con caños de gas a la vista, reclamé al gerente, el cual no se hizo cargo de nada, el wifi, funciona en pocos lugares, muy fea la experiencia, fuí muchas veces se ve que esta nueva gestión, deja mucho que desear o no ponen un peso para limpieza, nose....muy caro, para lo que están brindando. La limpieza es básica.

A pesar de los malos comentarios que habían en esta página, con mi pareja fuimos desde el 12 hasta el 18 de febrero, y la verdad es que todo fue impecable, la habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones y todo funcionaba bien, las piscinas bien mantenidas, el personal es amable con los huéspedes, el minimarket con buenos precios, el pub también estaba muy bien, en verdad no tengo nada que reprochar. 100% recomendado para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en pareja o familiares.
