Deficiente servicio ,en recepción poca disponibilidad a resolver solicitudes.
Restaurant para cenar en la noche casi imposible,ya que tienen buffet para publico en general y los huéspedes quedan sin posibilidad

The outside of this hotel is pretty tatty but inside is not that bad. The restaurant is nice and served good food. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean. It doesn't have that 'forgotten' feel that many older hotels have - we would stay here again.

The property is nice and clean. I would stay here again. However, we chose this property based on the hot tub and pool classification. There is NO HOT TUB as stated and the pool is tiny so if these things are important to you stay somewhere else. In addition, the parking isn't convenient and is full quite often.

Very good location, very professional and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was also very good and service was a little slow but also very effective. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Very good room, large, nice convenient bed. Very rich selection in the dinner buffet, as well as for breakfast. we've received vouchers for a drink, which could be used in dinner. Nice surprise. Be aware that the spa costs extra! Nobody bothered to tell us so.
