It was an amazing place with an amazing view, and so easy to get to our room. The terrace in the kitchen were nice too. It is also in a great location.

Tucked away near the Como waterfront, this looks to be a portion of an apar**ent building converted to a number of charming little suites. There’s a low-fi feel to the place - a cross between a hotel and a backpackers stay - given our room only had skylights and no other windows, but the rooms were nicely furnished and there’s a common kitchen and small terrace overlooking the lake. We stayed with our five-year-old son and enjoyed it due to its fantastic location.

This was such truly charming room facing Lake Como situated just a few steps from the center. Alberto was such an amazing and helpful host. He truly made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to visit again!

Good location next to the ferry pier which is a plus because the queue to get ferry tickets start at 7:30am. Quiet room provided. Available to store luggage for the day after check out.

Unhelpful and unfriendly owners. Many problems that meant after the first day we had to book elsewhere and not a penny refunded. Book elsewhere, avoid disappoin**ent! Where problems occur, a decent hotel will put things right, not ignore or playdown issues..that's the sign of a bad place to stay. Such a shame this was an expensive waste of money! Don't let this be you.

We had an amazing stay at this cute boutique hotel! Our room had panoramic views of the lake. It was clean and the communal kitchen had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and the hot tub! Our host Alberto was also very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a little apar**ent building right on the lake. Nice spot to say the least. The room was ok. Not super clean. Bed was comfy. Very noisy til late as it’s an old building with thin windows. The young girl at the reception desk was helpful. Overall an ok choice.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The rooms and views were stunning, the staff friendly and accomodating and the location of the property perfect. Could not recommend this more!

Location, location, location!!! This hotel was steps away from restaurants, transportation and shopping. An amazing view from the rooftop deck, many restaurant options just outside the doorway. Conveniently located across the street from Lake Como where you can take the boats from and also just a few minutes from the train station.
