I have stayed at this hotel/B&B for many years under different property owners, and managers. While I have always enjoyed it, it is clear to me that the new owners/managers and staff have really upped their game. There was live music in the courtyard when we arrived, Everyone was very welcoming, the staff was always asking what they could do for me, and the facilities themselves have been upgraded. I love the place and the town. I’ve stayed in many of the rooms, including the owners suite, but I really like the cottage in the back.

Perfect get away for a romantic weekend. All personal was very friendly and courteous. When we arrived at 11pm front desk manager took the time to walked us to our room and explained all the different features of it. Home made breakfast with and friendly staff ( Irene) get you started for your day ahead. Extremely recommended

We stayed in the log cabin and it was absolutely perfect! So romantic and quiet. The staff is wonderful! Will definitely be back!!!

We were very surprised. First time in a hotel like this and would and will go back to this one. Town closes between 5-6 so eat early. Visited Bending Branch Winery and Hotels Giles was the perfect place to end the day. We wished we had gotten the king bed, we will know next time.

We were staying here for a quick trip to visit friends. Such a cute hotel in the quaint community of Comfort. Met Ernie who gave us some great history of the hotel. Our only issue was that the hot water system broke and I missed out on using the beautiful deep tub. Also, my poor husband had to take a freezing cold shower. But, these things happen and they were working on the system when we left. They were so great and we will definitely come to visit again!!!

Unique old hotel in beautiful downtown Comfort. Friendly. helpful staff. We happen to be the only ones on the Monday we stayed there and yet the manager and staff had the full breakfast ready. The manager also gave us a private tour of the hotel. Be aware that many shops are not open until Wednesday-Sunday Be sure to greet Dobson at the door!

Shampoo and soap are tabaco scented, disturbingly strong scent. I was very happy when I had the chance to wash my hands with regular soap and get rid of some of the terrible smell.
