Dit is het meest fantastische verblijf op gans tenerife,niets maar dan ook niets op aan te merken..alles perfect!ik ben hier woonachtig en verblijf meerdere malen per maand in zowat alle 5* hotels terplaatse....dit is duur maar uitzonderlijk goed..super aanrader

Beautiful property with many facilities. It was extremely relaxing and lovely. I suspect this may be the finest property in Tenerife.

Super service at breakfast.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Top quality luxury hotel. Never loud. Nice clientelle.
Excellent rooms, especially the spacious and private outdoor area with pool.
Easy, free indoor parking.

Our pool suite could not have been nicer. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the garage parking was especially convenient if you have your own rental. We would definitely visit again.

Incredible hotel on the whole. All done to a very high standard. We stayed in a river villa, which I would highly recommend. The rooms are incredible.
Service on some occasions was slow, and things were forgotten, but generally very good. Staff were all friendly.
Good food, although the opening days of the various restaurants is odd, as if you’re not a fan of French or Asian tasting menus you’re only left with 2 options.
The location isn’t ideal (only in as far as there’s no opportunity to walk to the beach), but if you’re looking for a hotel getaway and you can rent a car, it’s fantastic.
Overall, 9/10.
