We booked here based on location to a concert we were coming in for. Looked like a really nice, clean hotel and it was easy to overlook the negative reviews. We booked 3 rooms. Upon checking in (check in at 4) we were told 1 room was ready out of the 3. We traveled 3.5 hours in so maybe a courtesy call or heads up would have been appreciated as we were traveling with 4 kids 1 being a baby. Got to room 1 and the fridge wasn’t cool which was needed to store baby’s milk also no microwave. When booking we specifically made sure there was a fridge and microwave for baby needs. No big deal as they were prompt in bringing a microwave up and after calling twice they brought a working fridge up and swapped those out. Other 2 rooms were ready by the time we had to leave for the concert. When we got back at 10:30 pm we crawled into bed. Woke around 3:30am freezing and the room set to a colder temp than we had the thermostat set to. The heat never kicked on. We tried getting it to work but only cold air would blow out and right into our faces because the vent directly blows in the bed. It being as late as it was we layered the kids up and made the best of the night but it was ridiculous the amount of things that made our stay feel like a hassle. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and that they were able to accommodate our 3 rooms next to each other. Besides that I’m disappointed because for the initial booking price I feel things should have been more up to par.
