Facility is nice and clean, but the staff needs to learn what guest service is. Nobody answers at the front desk, just get a busy signal. Most of the time nobody is even present at the front desk so when need something you’re screwed. At check in I was ignored until the guy stopped typing on his keyboard, then he looked up and said “checking in?”. What a nice friendly greeting. Service is a joke at this place. At breakfast I was ignored by everyone again, I watched the servers sitting and eating while I was being ignored. I can’t believe a Hilton property is run so poorly.
