Well when I checked into my hotel, it’s was completely wrong room and it was just terrible.

The front desk checked in on us while we were out. I requested additional pillows they had them waiting at the front desk when we returned.
The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was responsive to changes. Easy stay.
Location is great. Walkable to Kemba Live and the arena district.

Able to get very early check in! Walkable to restaurants and the convention center is across the street. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very clean! Will stay here again!

Hotel was good. The parking service was rude when questioning why our car wasn’t parked at the hotel.

Good location, average but free breakfast, and a very friendly and professional staff. However, the bess were old and very soft/springy. We asked for the room to be cleaned with fresh towels the second day but never were accommodated. Valet parking was the only realistic option and was $35 per night. May return but will certainly consider other options.

Wonderful place for a last minute concert overnight getaway. Walking distance to short north bars and restaurants, and Nationwide arena. Valet parking and front desk staff were all very professional and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Awesome overnight stay! Highly recommend!

Our room and the hotel was very comfortable, clean and convenient. I want to especially point out Mr. Clifford at the front desk and how helpful and friendly he was even during a long overnight shift. Excellent stay all around and we'll be staying there for all future Columbus competitions.

Hotel staff was super kind and courteous and made sure that we were comfortable with our stay. The valet service was great and convenient and the valet employees were more than helpful and nice. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back.

I was very upset to find out when arriving that “Parking available” means paying an additional $35 per day for parking. This was NOT mentioned on *******.
I paid the resort fees in advance through ******* and the hotel tried to bill me for them again at check-in, telling me that their system showed they hadn’t been paid. I’m glad I had my confirmation email, which showed they were already paid.
