TV worked slowly (in responding to remote control) and sometimes not at all. Housekeeping never came during a 3 night stay. Both treadmills in the fitness center didn't work. Showered had mildew and other stains. Couch had visual stains.

I like the handicap accessible room for my husband. I was nice and easy for him to get to. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I was surprised that I had to pay for taxes when I had paid for my room ahead of time. But everything else was fine. Would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location.. lots of shopping, restaurants, just off the highway. The beds are amazingly comfortable, plenty of space in the room with a couch, work desk, microwave, and mini fridge. water pressure was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

The room we were in could use some repair, cleaning and remodeling. There was water damage stains in the bathroom and mold could be seen. A section of the floor by the bed felt like it was about to fall in. The cleanliness in the lobby was great but the room was lacking. When you enter you see a nice updated public space. The rooms do not reflect this. One would think they were from 2 different hotels. There are lots of dining options nearby. What made our stay was Mrs. Brenda. She worked overnights and was always delightful!

Ms.Brenda was amazing!! Only thing that bothered me was the 5 dollars I had to pay which doesn’t state anywhere when booking and I didn’t understand the reasoning behind it. And they could tidy up alittle on the rooms(vacuum and bathrooms). The noisy level is bad.

I loved this hotel. The location was amazing didnt have to travel far for anything. Great customer service. The only problem i had was that my door was faulty and you have to request to have cleaning service.

Out stay was awesome. There are only 2 things I can complain about 1- in the suite we had , there was a couple of stains on the couch. 2- this is not the hotels issue but when we woke up the next morning and was getting ready to leave, we were at the wrong La Quinta. I reserved a room that was 8 minutes from the base and we were actually 20 minutes. From there. So we arrived at our deistination with only 1 minutes to spare thinki

Overall appearance, good breakfast and nice, large breakfast area were great! The breakfast attendant and housekeeping staff were amazing! Two of the front desk people, (heavy, white man at night & a white, brown haired female during the day) were cold and unfriendly though. If the two front desk people were nicer, I would give 5 stars. On checkout, there was an older, black woman with longer hair who was very friendly and nice! Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
