Everything was good.. only concern was not being told about the fees for parking etc.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. When I plugged my charger into the wall, I discovered an overwhelming amount of dust and trash behind the dresser. It actually made me sneeze for a few minutes. It was also disappointing to see holes that were covered with wall joint, but not painted. Looked very unprofessional. The location was very good based on the events I was attending, but the room itself needed some more TLC.

Avoid this place. The soap dispensers are coming out of the wall. Wi-Fi signal is horrible. They give you a hang tag for parking but don’t tell you there is a nightly fee to park. The windows leak air. Weak water pressure in the shower. The ladies/hosteses at breakfast were genuine and kind. They were the only thing good about this place.

I’ve stayed at Embassy suites before and they were always clean and nice. Unfortunately that’s not the experience I had and would not book again. The rooms were dirty and stunk terribly. My room smelled like a combo of body oder and puke mixed w cigarette smoke. This was embarrassing because I booked for others as well. After traveling from 3am across the country I wasn’t in a position to cancel. I will say the staff was very kind.

The shower curtain only covered half of the opening area of the tub. When I asked that I get a new shower curtain, I was told that they're all that way, while the rooms are clean they are definitely dated.

All employees were friendly and efficient. Great breakfast including made to order omlets. Evening reception included 3 drinks each. Rooms spacious and included many amenities

It was good. Breakfast started later on weekends which i didnt know and i had to eat elsewhere bc i had to be somewhere at 8am. I would have been nice if it would start at 7a

Our family was really looking forward to our stay at the Embassy Suites when we came to visit the University of SC, but ended up extremely disappointed. This property did not meet the high quality standards I am used to experiencing with Embassy Suites. My family was initially given a smoking room even though we reserved a non-smoking room. The smoke smell was overpowering and the furniture was stained, extremely worn and dated. The front desk staff gladly moved us to a non-smoking room. However, the furniture in the second room was also stained, the bedding was stained and had holes in it, the pull-out sleeper sofa had goldfish crackers and other food smashed into it, and the walls had holes in them. The common areas showed strong wear & tear as well. There was trash left in various places along the hallways by other rooms. The ice machine on our floor and the next floor down were both broken. We did not take advantage of the happy hour or the free breakfast for concern of the lack of cleanliness. I would strongly discourage booking with this location

The buffet breakfast and manager reception were wonderful and so was the staff working those areas. Check in and agent that was later at the desk could not advise what the premium suite entailed that was different from regular suite. The 3rd agent I spoke to was able to advise. Upon check in the entire room rate was held on my card although I had used *******. At checkout I was advise me that I was checked in incorrectly and if I hadn’t said anything my debit card would have been charged although I had booked via *******. The rooms can also use a update.
