The location is great, the centre of Collingwood, close to everything. The room was clean and bed is big. Free continent breakfast with cereal, bagel and sausages, standard quality. The only thing that may require improvement is the dental kit, the toothbrush is very poor quality.

It's very convenience, close to everything.
The only thing is the dinning area is so small ,we have to sit near the hallway, near the stairs for breakfast with portable table and chair ,I never experienced such in a hotel like this .

I did not like anything and would not give 3 stars for this property. My family of 7 did not have a good sleep overnight, due to the constant sound of cooling/heating fans from the adjacent Home Depot building. When complained to receptionist, the response was "we cannot control the Home Depot". They did not even apologize not to mention try to change the rooms to the other, quiet side. Also, the property doubled the price for the long weekend. We spent $1760 for two nights and did not get an adequate service value for this amount at all.

Reasonable price compared to other places around Blue Mountain. Convenient to walk to local restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast is pretty sad. Plastic cutlery and paper cups didn’t help either. AC is noisy and kept waking us up

The hotel is very close to a lot of dining options, shopping and a Cineplex. Very conveniently located.

A perfect place to stay while skiing at Blue Mountain. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.
