The pool and water slide was a big hit with the kids

Kids run the halls till after midnight and banged on my room door till after midnight wasn’t a very nice night

Kids running up and down the hall banging on doors. They did address once reported.
TV was not good no way to connect Netflix etc.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and even gave us movie passes for the pool not being open the one day

Feels modern, fresh, new, and welcoming. Conveniently nestled by Dartmouth Crossing where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Upon check-out, my father asked for a printed folio/receipt and was told this would be emailed instead, and did not offer to accommodate my father's preference for a printed copy. This is very poor customer service. The very least he could have done would have been to explain the email and then ask if that was acceptable or if my father would prefer a printed copy.
