Starlight Inn

Located this facility online and was pleasantly surprised. While it is a short drive out of Burlington we enjoyed our stay and had picked up take out from Pho Hong. We were upgraded to the Hollywood suite which was a very nice surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff had provided instructions for accessing the viewing at the local drive in theatre next door. Recommended!

Stayed here for a night, what a fun place! We had the Julia Roberts room. King sized bed, very comfortable. Huge room, everything clean. Hotel is right next to drive in theatre. You could see one of the screens from the room and could tune your radio in to hear it, what a fun idea! Nothing too fancy, but fun theme and nice place!

Very clean hotel, well priced and located. Very easy contactless entry and check out. The motel is popular and the parking lot was full yet there was no noise from any of the adjoining rooms. My only negative comment would be that I don’t like carpeting in hotels, and the toilet paper is extremely thin. Bring your own!

Owners met us and we enjoyed his enthusiasm. This establishment was clean and comfortable. Quiet (there was a gentleman idling his cat outside while on the phone for over an hour was the only small issue once he left it was very quiet ). We were in the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie room. The only suggestion would be to have something to stop you from sliding when coming out of the shower. This again is small and does not take away from the overall care the owners put into the inn. Even the wall paint is spotless with whoever did the painting doing an excellent job. Landscaping well done and buildings in awesome shape. Next time in the area this will be the place to stay. Thank you to the owners. You deserve more than a 5. Keep up the great work.

This is the first time that we stayed at this place, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The room has a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was very clean. The place was quiet and the decor was nice.

Cute, well kept vintage motor inn with clean, up-to-date rooms. Each room is themed to a movie star with photos & pictures. Our experience was similar to an Airbnb with a contactless check in and check out. Housekeeping is available on request. Rooms are large and include a fridge, microwave, coffee maker & supplies, bottled water & plenty of fluffy towels. A large counter with extra sink is just outside the bathroom which was a nice feature. The best amenity was complimentary admission to the drive in movie theater next door. First run double features and four screens to choose from. Friendly gentleman at the entrance checked us in quickly and we enjoyed a nostalgic "date night." The Starlight is perfect for couples or families.

This was a very clean, very quiet place to stay. Check in could not have been easier. The room was huge, very clean, giant bathroom with a hot tub ( I think we had the "Hollywood" room right next to the office). Even better you get to go to the drive in theatre next door for free! Don't stay at the commercial expensive places in Burlington. Stay at the Starlight Inn. We had breakfast across the street which was delicious and filling.

We stayed overnight for an event. Since it was Labor Day weekend, it was hard to find a room we could afford within a month. We took a chance on the Starlight based on reviews, and its location in Colchester. It was easy to find using GPS, and the sign by the road was easy for us to see. The sign is lighted at night. It's a small motel that harks from a time before Interstate 89 was built. The building is set away from the road, and provided a quiet place. Rooms are movie-themed from a time when cowboys and romance were desired. We were in the John Wayne room. Large accommodations, king bed, microwave, and coffeemaker were available. The room was clean. The only negatives I experienced were my personal preferences. The mattress was too soft, and the pillow was lumpy. My partner said he was fine. If we weren't doing something different, we would've gone to the drive-in movie. They played 8 movies alternating from 4 screens. You could be there all evening watching movies and eating from the snack bar. You can rent a radio at the snack bar. Take your room receipt with you and get in free while staying at the motel. We walked in to get food before the snack bar closed at 10. We would stay there again! Quiet, clean, and in downtown Burlington in less than 10 minutes.

Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting Burlington. Great location, nice big room for the 2 adults and 2 teenagers, immaculately clean. Coffee machine, microwave, iron and hair dryer all in the room. Best thing was the free entry to the drive in cinema next door which was a great bonus. Didn't see any staff as check in was out of hours and the key was left for us, room was tidied up for us - toiletries replenished too! Would defiantly recommend.
