Victory Resort Hotel

We zijn meerdere keren in dit hotel geweest, maar dit was de laatste keer. Vakanties in dit hotel beginnen met stress. Als je aankomt, krijg je het nieuws dat het hotel vol is en dat er geen plaats voor je is. Een volle zaal mensen, iedereen is schandalig. En dit is elke dag. Sommigen worden naar een ander hotel gebracht, anderen worden met een ander stel in dezelfde familiekamer geplaatst. Drie dagen vanaf twaalf uur werd besteed aan stress en gesjouw met koffers. De receptioniste is arrogant en onbeschoft. Uiteindelijk zei hij dat we alleen kwamen om hem te stressen. Misschien hadden we het geld moeten betalen en thuis moeten blijven. Het was vreemd voor hem dat we wilden krijgen wat we betaalden

Het hotel is in een oudere staat. Er zijn niet genoeg plaatsen voor de gasten om te eten. Als je uiterlijk om 18.30 uur niet beneden bent, krijg je pas rond 20.30 uur een tafel. Veel tafels zijn gereserveerd en dan een uur niet bezet. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was een ramp. De bar is open tot middernacht. Eten is niets bijzonders en wordt vaak herhaald. Veel Russen in dit hotel. 'S Nachts is er vaak lawaai, zelfs om 3 uur 's nachts rennen mensen luid door de gang. Het zwembad sluit om 19.00 uur. De schoonmaak van de kamer was niet goed. Je krijgt een brief onder de deur geschoven, waarin je na het indienen van een goede beoordeling kans maakt op een verblijf van 1 week. De ligstoelen bij het zwembad worden door bezoekers met handdoeken gereserveerd, ook als daar de halve dag niemand ligt. Handdoeken worden niet verwijderd door het hotel (strand en zwembad). Beachbar is maar open tot 17.00 uur. Toen we aankwamen kregen we eerst te horen dat de kamer binnen 1-2 uur klaar zou zijn, en daarna werden we nog 2 uur uitgesteld. Hamam kost extra. Toiletten bij de ingang waren erg vies bij aankomst, daarna hebben we ze nooit meer gebruikt. Glijbaan was goed. Aangename watertemperatuur in het zwembad. Kluis kost € 1,50 per dag. In de warme minibar staat water uit kleine plastic bekertjes. Geen hotel waar we naar terug willen.

Be mine ve volare yeni yapılar resort en eskisi yapı olarak hoşunuza gitmeyebilir fakat denize yakınlığı ve hizmet olarak diğer otellerle aynı olması sebebi ile tercih edilecek bir otel tavsiye ediyorum. Zaten otelin birisine geldiğinizde hepsinden faydalanabilirsiniz

Genel olarak temiz,sahili güzel,çalışanlar çok ilgili,oda temizliği her gün yapılıyor.Ekim ayında tatil yapmamıza rağmen memnun kaldık.Otel çok kalabalık olmasına rağmen hiç bir şeyde aksaklik yok.Cocuklu aileler de guvenle tercih edebilir

Could be way better in terms of food varitey and taste as well. I would suggest to make less options with better taste and quality and air conditioning sound digging into our head all the time and staff response was so late to sort out the issue. Swimming pool was awesome and garden was lovely

We arrived at hotel at 9am after stressful flight which arrived in Antalya 3 hours late, and until 4 pm - for 7 hours we sat at the reception waiting for our room. Management made no effort to compensate or apologize for the terrible start to our holiday. A tall Turkish guy, about 45 years old, with gray temples who was at the reception, in addition, was rude. During our holiday he was at the reception every day and always during our treatment he behaved unfriendly. We would not recommend this hotel to others thinking about booking. Please give it a swerve. This is not a five-star resort. It is a three star at a push.

We arrived at hotel at 3am after a stressful 2hours waiting at Antalya airport as luggage had gone awol. We arrived at hotel a bit frazzled with a sleeping 5 year old and two older children. We didn't have the best reception at hotel. An older man at the front desk. Spoke very limited English and was not very friendly. After having to forward all of our travel documents to the hotel email address, and filling in additional forms we were informed that our booked room was unavailable. They had overbooked and our room would be available the following day. The only room available was in the main building above the restaurant. Top floor, in the roof. Please find photos attached. No staff were available to help with luggage. We had to find our own way to our room with cases and a sleeping child. We received no apology. We were told to take it up with management at 9am. The rooms Aircon was not switched on so you can imagine the heat coming from a room that's sutuated in the roof. There were no curtains and the size of the windows can be seen in photos attached. Only five lukewarm waters were provided in the fridge. We had to wait until 13:30 the next day for the room that we had paid for to be available. Management made no effort to compensate or apologise for the terrible start to our holiday. We are the only English tourists in hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to others thinking about booking. Please give it a swerve. Even asking for simple things like a coke or a spoon ends in a game of charades while staff try to figure out what we are asking for. The food is also terrible and flies swarm the food that is presented outside due to there not being enough room to accommodate all of their guests. This is not a five star resort. It is a three star at a push.

This has been the first trip since 2018! We were so excited! On the whole, it was pretty damn good holiday! + water pools, the meal, atmosphere, night performances, foam party, ability to stay at the beach after 19:00, nice bar with milk cocktails and ice-cream. - only one bar near by pool(always big lines), asking guests to write a review on popular tourist's sites We stayed at a superior room with balcony. The room was normal, nothing special. There wasn't any shampoo like in some hotels, just liquid soap. Housekeeper did good job, we were completely satisfied. Whenever we came to change beach towels the lady (who was in charge of it) always tried to sell some massage services. I know it's her job, but it was no picnic for us. The food was pretty good. There were different types: for people following healthy diet, for people preferring hot, spicy food, etc. Also I want to mention sweets and deserts, those with coffee flavor are amazing. Most of the staff did good job. They were friendly, helping, etc. They speak a bit German, Russian, English, so for me there weren't any difficulties with communication. Overall, the hotel is pretty good for its price and location. I would recommend it to my friends. Have a good one!
