Stayed 1 night in Nov 23 Good - free car park, good location next to designer outlet and M4, clean room, warm room, decent breakfast at internal restaurant Bad - strange odour in corridor, lift out of order, car park spaces limited

Just back from 🏴to visit my dad and we stayed here from the walk in to reception was very welcoming walked to are room and found was very clean had a great night sleep, the morning went down for breakfast and was very welcoming with great hospitality a lovely lady knowing we had a 3week old baby with us breakfast was at a good standard all in all a good weekend ☺️

the room we were booked into on arrival had not been checked by the housekeeper as the toilet when went into the bathroom , had been urinated in, not been cleaned and the main double bed in room inside on the fitted sheet was covered in small black hairs.

Don't let the outside condition of this hotel fool you. Just had a one night stop here and it was great. As usual super comfy prem Inn beds and pillows. Staff super freindly and helpful and the rooms immaculately clean and the shower was excellent Thanks for a great stay

Our stay was short, only three days. Very nice and helpful staff. Especially the ladies in the kitchen! The rooms are good in size and clean. The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and soap. Seals in the shower cabin require additional cleaning. The rooms have thin walls so you can hear your neighbors next door.

Staff very unwelcoming, noisy and not very helpful either. Breakfast took over 1 hour to come to us and half the items ordered gone. Bathroom in areas quite grubby, WiFi was useless, just an awful place expecially for the money.

Nice clean room. A little bit of noise in the corridor at night... try to ask for a room further down the corridor maybe so you don't hear all the door slamming. Still... not really a major issue - room is good size, shower is decent, temperature easy to control. A bit annoying that I had to pay for decent wifi - the free wifi will probably work for emails but forget trying to stream anything with video. Breakfast is good - lots of choice, but the best thing... the ladies working there - so friendly, helpful - brightened up my mornings!

When looking for a place to stay, my search starts with the premier inn website…. Plenty of locations across the country, the standard of accommodation is what I have come to expect from Premier inn… Great place to stay…

Been here before 2yrs ago but hotel has had a mini makeover. Place was looking lovely on arrival and newly refurbed rooms were quality. All staff during our stay were very nice. Very handy as a family to be so close to Shopping Village, Bus stops and cinema eating complex.. I’ll be back
