Liliana at the front desk is an amazing person and very friendly. She makes the difference!! Rooms are small, bathrooms also. No free parking near and the hotel is in the old city, not accessible by car. Liliana show us a place to park the car for free but @15 minutes walking from hotel. Main attractions in the city is on a walk distance from the hotel.

You share a small kitchen with all other rooms
Better parking indications would be a plus

It really is a charming place and the staff is really helpful. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. The lady on the reception is adorable and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my four nights a Coimbra city charm. Sophia who work there is very special and very helpful. I enjoyed the coffee as well as the use of the kitchen. The location was also quite good being not far from either the train station or the bus station or the sites to see in Coimbra. There was also good Wi-Fi and TV services.

Tiny but has everything you need. Lots of store’s & restaurants close by. Had a shared little fridge & micro & coffee bar on each floor. Keyless entree to the building & your room. We walked to the meeting point near the bridge for our free student tour which was excellent. This room was a great find!

I think it will be difficult to find a hotel where they care so much for you to be comfortable. Incredible how professional they are, even helping me to take the car to the parking lot. Thank you very much for everything, if I return to Coimbra, I will repeat the hotel without hesitation, thank you.

Great place to stay. They let us do early checkin as room was available. Staff shared tips about Coimbra. Coffee and tea available.
