Na 7 jaar zijn we weer terug gekeerd in dit prachtig gelegen hotel. De naam Bellevue is niet voor niets gekozen. Het uitzicht is adembenemend en verveelt nooit. Wij verbleven deze keer in een suite, gelegen aan de overkant van de weg boven Bar le Fromage. ( met ondergrondse doorgang naar het hotel) Heerlijke grote suite met aparte zitkamer, kleedkamer en ( klein) balkon. Een heel fijn groot en comfortabel bed. De spa is prachtig, groot, uitgebreid en door middel van reserveren op tijdsslot niet te druk. Ivm de maatregelen werd het ontbijt al la carte aan tafel geserveerd met voldoende keuze. De 3 restaurant die bij het hotel horen zijn erg goed en hebben allemaal een andere sfeer en kaart. Voor ons sprong brasserie Le Bon Bec er uit qua eten , wijn en service ! In de omgeving zijn heerlijke wandelingen te maken, met goede bewegwijzering en op ieder niveau Veel complimenten voor de zeer attente staff zowel aan de receptie als in de restaurants. Wij hopen hier nog vaker terug te komen om te genieten van de mooie omgeving , het fijne hotel en perfecte service !

We stayed 3N/4D for my wife's birthday. From Reservations to check out, we had a very nice time during our stay. Staff are overall smiling and all courteous and polite. Housekeeping lady was extra nice and did her job very well, we barely saw her but the work was done every time we were out. smooth. Room was very pretty and cosy. Good soundproofing windows but the noise from the corridor or next room was quite present. and woke us a few times at night. We tried all 3 restaurants of the hotel, the Brasserie and the Bar a fromage were both a nice experience with good food and very nice staff. we had a great time. We were a bit disappointed by the food experience in the fine dining, even if the staff was perfect, our comments were taken into account and they did their very best to offer us a nice stay after that, we did appreciate. Even the owner spoke with us (we did not ask for it). A place who cares is a good place to come back. The SPA is outstanding. Bellevue is a place to return again and again. It was our 3rd time, it wont be the last.

What a delightful and charming hotel and spa! They have one of the most unique (and large) spas I've ever seen! So many different pools! We had a lovely, spacious room with a balcony, that faced the majestic mountains. Breakfast buffet had so many delicious options. Comfortable beds. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk into town.

Stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Outstanding staff and service. The views are great and the little town has all the things you need for the many hikes around. We especially liked the restaurant in the hotel and the breakfasts are the best in the world.

Where to start? Probably the best hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. Laura is the owner and manager and she explained the history and heritage of the hotel and of Cogne. When someone as passionate and intelligent is the manager you begin to understand how so many members of staff go out of their way to make you feel like family and not just a hotel guest. The attention to detail in the design and the service and especially the spa is quite remarkable and unique. We had special dietary needs and the staff could not have done more to accommodate our every small desire. The spa is one of a kind designed by Laura's father and is worth a visit all by itself. I especially want to thank the members of staff below, all of who went beyond the normal course of duty, and helped our stay to become so memorable. So, Naomi at the reception ,Nicolo de chef ,Luca the maitre de, Reno the sommalier ,Simone the waiter, Simona the spa manager, Irina who gave us the most exceptional massage and finally Paola who is the mother of Laura and who has created a small museum which is in itself wonderful and typifies the attention to detail and heritage of this remarkable hotel. Please don't miss it.

Stopped off over night with the family by car on the way down from London to start the Easter holidays. The lovely weather albeit on the cold side certainly helped but this place was truly wonderful. Staff were extremely professional, the hotel perse was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. Everything was freshly made on the premises and the view of the Gran Paradiso from the dining area is stunning. I’ve not been this excited about a hotel in many years. It wasn’t cheap but was worth every penny. Fabulous.

The nearby bar offers a wide selection of loose leaf tea infusions, local and international spirits. Our favorite of the four diverse restaurants was the Bar a Frommage where you can enjoy the best of local food and wine near an elegant and toasty fireplace. The ages Fontina is a MUST! THE SPA!! Dedicate time to finding your favorite themed saunas, (chamomile, Christmas pine, healing hay, fresh citrus, infrared etc…) hydro massage and relaxation zones. Three days was not enough. Book ahead to receive treatments from the incredibly gifted Woula and Simona— a rejuvenating experience of mind-body-spirit that you will never forget!

We had booked here after a long trip from Belgium. We had waited 2 hours at the Mont Blanc tunnel, and to make matters worse we had a problem with our car in aosta. So we had to wait 90 minutes for a repair; So I called the hotel and the sent an employee (who was in aosta for groceries) and she picked us up. So when we arrived at the hotel, we were all stressed up, but the stress subsided very quickly after seeing the hotel and our apartment-room for 5 people. The next morning, we had a marvelous breakfast on the terrace with breathtaking view. The kids had a swim and we could pick up the car which was repaired.

Excellent service and food. Beautiful environment. Nature is beautiful and diverse. Great hiking. True Italian experience. Friendly and kind. Personal attention (when one of us was sick). All reasons to come back soon!
