This was a great place

Rooms were clean and close to shopping. There is no indoor pool as indicated in the description. This was quite disappointing because my six children were excited about swimming and that is why I chose this hotel. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. I had to wait about 15 minutes for her to come in from outside. She was very friendly and apologized though Breakfast stopped serving at 9:00 but we were sitting in the dining area discussing plans for the day and the janitor told us we had to leave. The day time staff was not as friendly and welcoming in my opinion.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times, it’s always so beautifully kept, clean, so many amenities, helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows, and large rooms!

It was only an overnight stay but the first time we had stayed in a Home2 Suites and we were very impressed. My mother lives near there and I will be staying there from now on.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The entire place looked brand new and the room was well thought out and designed, offering a large refrigerator, full size microwave and dishwasher and very nice plates and kitchenware. The kitchenette was just really nice to have. The room was spacious and there was even a nice pull out couch. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was good, with a few more options than most that serve complimentary breakfast. The area is really great with a shopping center and restaurants across the street and more fast food type restaurants and coffee shops being build down the road. Overall, best stay I've had in a long time.

Clean, close to everything, comfy bed. They had literally anything you could need in the kitchen full size fridge freezer dishes cups utensils.

The hotel was fine. They charged our credit card for over $22k before we even checked in, which resulted in our credit card having a hold on it for 10 days. The manager on duty was more concerned with telling me what wasn’t going to happen than she was concerned about how to resolve the issue. We won’t be back.

A little disappointed in our stay . This was my all time favorite hotel but when I went to check-in the lady charged me without asking if I had already paid until after my card was swiped. She was nice about it but I had booked and paid for this trip well in advance so that was a bummer. The first morning we were met with a 6am alarm that nobody was considerate enough to turn off beforehand. The next morning before our check out we were met with constant phone calls , first one being at 6am (asking when breakfast was) along with several other phone calls for different needs. Really upset because we are constantly up visiting Viera as our family lives there and the stay at the resort was really a bummer this time.
