Everybody at trip.com has been very nice and helpful and as I reserved a room at the beach I ended up not able to make my reservation because of car problems. When I called the app I was given a confirmation that they would be able to modify my reservation for free. Now the day of my reservation I see an email from the hotel stating that they canceled my reservation after already confirming the modification. Not cool especially when you have kids looking forward to being at the beach and now I'm being told out of vacancy. Not only that but I have to wait 7 to 10 business days in order to receive any kind of compensation of payment.

Ao lado do pier, muito bem localizado. Restaurantes e mercados ao redor.Estacionamento amplo. Cafe da manha tem o necessario.Nao usamos a piscina, mas o hotel disponibiliza para os clientes. Quarto amplo , camas confortaveis. Ficamos no terreo, em frente a maquina de gelo, entao um pouco barulhento.

There were ROACHES crawling on the walls! I really cant say anything good. This hotel was $300 a night and infested.

It was a little outdated but very friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. It is in a good location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance

Rooms were clean and kept in good conditions. Beds are not that comfortable but not the worst either. Only noise was teenagers that were on a baseball team.
Right next to the Coco Beach Pier
Dont like the fact that i had to pay $5 a night for parking. Not like were in NYC.

Check in was the best service we ever had. Super friendly staff. We got a handicap room randomly and there is no bathroom door. The area is really noisy at night and the ac in the room got so loud at night the room was actually shaking. Free breakfast is ok. We would have liked some meat options like ham, sausage or bacon. If you’re vegetarian you’ll be fine with the free breakfast. Clean breakfast rooms and well stocked on the food.
We stayed here to catch a cruise at Port Canaveral and would stay again but would ask for non-handicap room specifically.
Good location too!

Staff was amazingly accommodating to our off checkin time, they not only checked us in super early , but they also upgraded us to a better room. Super nice and friendly staff, would stay there again. Only a few blocks to coco beach and the pier, easily walk able.

The pier and beach were very close to the property which was the main reason we booked it. It was a good choice.

Good value for the money, except the a/c did nothing to remove humidity....sheets and clothes always felt damp. A/C unit filters need cleaning. I suspect I picked up a nasty cold from 'dirty' air the a/c was blowing.
