So happy to have found this hotel. The staff were the nicest and most accommodating. Breakfast in the morning is included and cooked fresh - not standard hotel fare. Location perfect near restaurants. Beach chairs, towels included. You really couldn't ask for a better stay in Cocoa Beach.

Extremly clean property with tons of little extras. Lots of great areas to sit and relax. Fresh delicious home made breakfast. Easy access to the beach. Attention to details and I agree with the reviews that say this is like a large B & B.

This place was super cute. Very diff than a normal hotel which was great. Wanted to be able to walk to the beach and have a pool. This had it! Offers chairs for the beach .
Was able to walk to a ton of places.
Very nice staff . Cute breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks. We loved it

Great location, right on the beach. Walk to Ron Jon's. Great area, quiet but convenient. Friendly staff. I'd come back.

Was a bit disappointed that our standard ocean view room in an ocean front hotel had a large hedge and a parking lot between our room and the ocean. So only a partial ocean view. Tiny room. No refrigerator and no table and chairs in room. Ice machine not working. But clean and good breakfast.

We liked that we had an ocean view and the friendly staff.
There wasn’t a dresser or an alarm clock in the room. The breakfast was good, but repetitive if eating there for 7 days. Overall, a good experience though.

This property and the folks who run it are charming!!! The inn is larger than a B&B, but it has the cozy feel of a B&B. We were greeted at check-in and escorted around the main lobby facilities by the host. I travel a bit, so it was wonderful to have the personal interaction and escort, instead of the more common 'point and direct' of a clerk at a bigger, anonymous hotel. (Dinner recommendation was perfect and we took advantage the following night.) The ladies in the breakfast room were charming! Small quiches, muffins, fruit, make-your-own-boiled-eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juice filled us up and we ready for exploring! Thanks for hosting!
