Hilton Garden Inn Guanacaste Airport

Perfect location for Liberia Airport with a free shuttle every 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and had amazing facilities including an outdoor pool and gym. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Air con unit was very noisy and we did have to turn off but the room was cool enough anyway.

This is your typical Hilton hotel you would find in America, honestly if you just came here you would think you are back home. Also, they have amenities such a restaurant, pool and fitness room at this hotel. Restaurant food is okay, nothing like the food you have probably have enjoyed while traveling around Costa Rica. Lastly, the room was clean and standard, no fuss! It is also very close to all the rental car return places. Breakfast is not included with reservation, it is something you pay out of pocket. Overall, very great option for someone traveling in or out of Liberia Intl Airport.

The hotel was adequate but generally tired and uninspired and did not justify the prices charged. However it served the purpose of a convenient place to spend the night after a long flight and we had an excellent nights sleep in super comfy beds

We liked the location as close to the airport as well as the shuttle service to airport. Another bonus was rental car service right there at hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and stocked nicely.

For travel in or out of Liberia Costa Rica, definitely stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The staff is top notch and the shuttle is quick and convenient.

Close to the airport. THERE IS A LITTLE LUCERIA restaurant down the raod about 10 minutes is awesome.

We liked the room, great bed & pillows. Restaurant food was good, and shuttle to airport was nice. What we think could change…. More loungers around the pool and maybe some sun umbrellas for more shade. For the price we paid for the room, breakfast should be included. Every other hotel we stayed at in CR provided breakfast for their guests. The staff from the restaurant need training on how to clean up the pool area. There were glasses & napkins from the previous evening still on the pool deck or tables the next morning. As well, glass beer bottles should not be allowed in or near the pool. Not safe! Not sure if there was a pool cleaning person but there should be someone who cleans the leaves from the pool, more than once a day.

Derek at check in was VERY friendly, he was very helpful. I wish all front desk staff would be as friendly as him! Room is great! We requested a ground floor and he found us one left. He arranged a pick up for tomorrow. Thank you!
