The hotel is really nice. Complex is very beautiful. But what comes to hotel quality, this is certainly over priced. Went for a wedding with 6 more couples. We all had a terrible night, all the pillows are terrible, in my room the curtains didn’t close correctly and we had light in our faces at 7am on a Sunday morning. There was not hot water, we paid 150 USD for mid warm water. Certainly not a very pleasant experience for a premium price.

Cambiaron la administración y el servicio es deplorable, alberca ya sin agua tibia, sin filtro, cuartos sucios, recepcionista prepotentes. Una pena tengo mas 7 siete años acudiendo y no me quedaron ganas de regresar

La ubicación no es buena pero el hotel es muy amplio y bonito, instalaciones nuevas y excelentemente mantenidas. El servicio es esmerado pero les falta personal en días concurridos.

Cambiaron de administración y el servicio ahora es pésimo, subieron los precios de la carta, la atención es muy mala y las habitaciones ya no cuenta con secador ni shampoo , una pena un lugar bonito que tiene muy mal sevicio ahora. Tengo mas de 9 años visitándolos y ya no nos quedaron ganas. Sin contar que quitaron el per frendly, una pena
