Let me start by saying we wanted a nice nights stay being my fiancé has a Cancer Center appointment at Cleveland Clinic the following morning. We specifically picked Hilton Downtown Cleveland to insure a wonderful stay. King size bed was terrible and worn out. Pillows lacked as well as the frame of bed itself leaning! Areas of rugs in the corners and around bed where bulky vaccum won’t fit was covered in dust and literally a different color. An untrained eye super noticeable. The property boasts of its three restaurants and restaurant/bar that are in house. All 4 were CLOSED on our stay Monday 1/22/23. We were briefly in town for a Cleveland Clinic doctor appointment so we were very dissatisfied at this point but overlooked and DoorDashed food! Upon wake up, my fiancé and I were noticeably stiff and sore from bed. We quickly got ready and gathered our things to leave asap. Called down for Valet at 9am and they said 15 minutes. Walked down to lobby and still waited another nearly 26 minutes for our car to arrive from Valet!! This lengthy wait for our vehicle almost made us late to the very doctor appointment we traveled 6 hours one way to attend! Steaming would be an understatement. Paid Hilton Hotel price for a Motel 6 accommodation room and treatment. Sub par. The campus and premise of the hotel itself were nice. This is my only compliment whatsoever. Highly dissatisfied and want a refund.
