Cheap hotel for the area but feels more like a motel. Check in is at 4pm and we couldn’t get a room when we went around 3. Front desk said they would call when a room became available but never did. No bottled water in room so we had to get our own. Parking is also an extra $10 but that’s pretty standard for the area it seems.

We had no heat/air in out room. Most of the electrical outlets did not work and the ones that did would not hold the plugs in. Numerous requests were ignored. Staff was less that helpful and some were downright rude. I will never go back to this place again. For the price I paid they should have at least offered us a different room or some type of partial refund.

Nothing like the pictures. Rooms had rust and bugs and hair dryers were smoking when turned on. Not impressed at all

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Beach! It is efficiently run, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools are beautiful and there is a lovely picnic area, that makes meals affordable in a lovely spot.

Great location and very clean for an old remolded hotel. No frills just a reasonable place to stay. The bedding could use an upgrade.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Two working outlets in the room, one in bathroom and one with lamp plugged in. Lamps in room are so old the phone charger plug falls right out. Shower curtain is too short for the shower, water all over bathroom floor. Paper thin walls, you can hear everyone next to you and above. Phone in room doesn’t work, not even to call the office. Door handle was so flimsy, you had to try it three times to get in. There has literally been no maintenance on the rooms since I stayed here in 2020. Plus, now charging $10 per night to park in their lot.

Beds were noista and too soft, in pictures Rooms are White, our room was violet. Good service in hotel that needs renovation.

It was really loud outside.
There was no air-conditioning in our room
The desk was always out of giving us coffee and cups for the room.
